Policies

Registration Deadline

Registration deadlines vary by program. Web registration will be accepted up to two (2) business days prior to the program starts unless otherwise specified in the program description.

Payment of Fees

Payment is due at the time of registration and must be by check or credit card. Some programs permit registration by purchase order.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, please send an e-mail to courtney@admin.stedwards.edu or call (512) 342-4117. Cancellation must be received at least five business days prior to the start of the program to be considered for a refund. Cancellations may be subject to an administrative fee.

Some programs have additional cancellation restrictions.
