IT1: Using Computers as Instructional
and Student Learning Tools

Participants will learn how to use word processing, desktop publishing, spreadsheets, and basic multimedia presentations as instructional and student learning tools. Activities will focus on using computers to enhance instruction and student learning. Participants will be required to work outside of class to create a classroom presentation and a variety of instructional and productivity documents. Requires the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint). Use of a Windows-based computer is strongly recommended.
